This reference concerns Mr. Martin Liebl, Managing Director of MPG Logistics, who under his leadership has contributed significantly to the progress and modernization of the entire company. In cooperation with us, he has implemented a number of significant management steps that have brought results and a profound change in the company culture.
Mr. Liebl has demonstrated not only strong leadership skills, but also a deep understanding of the Lean philosophy and the ability to motivate the entire team towards continuous improvement. Prior to his arrival as CEO, Lean principles had not been implemented in the company. Thanks to his personal commitment and our professional support, we were able to build a stable management system based on data and continuous improvement. Specific results include increased productivity in the ESW department, the introduction of KPI boards and a performance measurement system within Lean Daily Management.
As part of the collaboration, all employees and managers were trained in Lean culture. We organised a series of workshops, which led to employees starting to implement their own improvement projects independently under the guidance of Mr Liebl and with our expert support. As a result, the Lean culture naturally took root across the company and employee confidence in management was also significantly strengthened.
A number of key Lean tools such as 5S, SMED, DMAIC and Standard Work were introduced during the joint projects. Thanks to Mr Liebl's professional and consistent approach, the change has been positively received and has delivered tangible results for the company.
This recommendation is issued on behalf of EasyLean on the basis of our direct cooperation with Mr Lieble. We confidently recommend him as an experienced leader with vision who can implement real change in companies.
