I had the opportunity to work closely with Martin at MONTS, where he was the managing director and I was the sales director. Together we set a new business strategy, restructured the sales department and actively developed customer relationships across Europe - both through new acquisitions and by nurturing key partners.

I have known Mr. Liebl professionally for six years. In the past years we worked together on a project in the Hradec Králové region. We set goals and together we managed to stabilize the company within 6 months and develop it in the following period. We focused on the main areas of the organization that needed to be stabilized and gradually optimized in a short time. With Mr. Martin Lieble, we have worked together for two years. It was he who brought the idea of implementing the Lean philosophy to the company we worked together.
